Cup Cakes

So today at Home Economics we made Cup Cakes and they are sitting and waiting there for us tomorrow to Decorate them with Icing and little sparkles!

 The way we made them is we added Butter to the bowl and creaming it and after you cream the Butter you add Sugar to the mixture , you add a nit of milk and a bit of flour every time you have finished mixing it you add Vanilla Essence and when you finish you put it into a Muffin Tray.

 Put them in for about 7 minutes on bake and then when the 7 minutes is over out it on fan bake.

    You have explained the creaming method well. Do you know why we started cooking the Cupcakes on Bake and then changed to Fan Bake? Thanks for sharing, Levi.
