The best day ever

Today we had a thing called top team and we get to do fun activities.

We had to put water Into a pipe and their was a ping pong ball out of the pipe.

 their was holes in the pipe and you had to try and block the water so It didn´t come out. 

In my group was Callum, Logan, Cameron J, Kristie, Aroha. Pretty good group when you think about It

What am I arguing to write and why?

What Superpower would I have and why. I would choose Super Speed because It would help me to help other people.

Save people in dangerous situations.

So If someone was getting bullied you can quickly go to them and catch them being naughty or arrogant. So if they say It's all about me or punch someone In the face that’s called bullying and with my Super Speed I can save them before It gets out of hand.

Delivering life saving goods.

So Is someone got bitten by a cobra/snake there Is poison In you and If you have Super Speed you can quickly give him a special type of drink to keep that person alive.

Can catch robbers who steal money.

So If you see someone running away with money with a mask on you can just catch them quickly get the money and take It back to the boss or the worker.

Super speed would be awesome to have because you can save the whole entire world or your own country.

P Scooters dominate playgrounds.

E Schools don’t have a lot of space, scooters tend to take over the playground.

E You won’t be able to play sports because their scooters, scootering in your space.

Scooters dominate the school playground. They should get more space to ride their scooters so they don’t small children over

P Scootering Is dangerous

E Often the riders don’t wear safety gear so if they fall off they get hurt.

E Some of the tricks are very unsafe and often lead to bad injures. Sometime the injuries require a trip to the hospital when riders don’t wear safety gear.

Schools don't  have a lot of space if you let the people with scooters scooter arounds schools when there little children

P Scooters are expensive.
E scooters are expensive to buy and so Is the safety gear.
E Scooters can get easily damaged and the scooter can be expensive to fix.

Ending

I feel like principles shouldn't let people ride scooters in school. Because when you ride your scooters In school you might knock over small intestine children. Maybe you could hurt yourself at one stage.

24/8/16       Kiwi can recount

On Mooonday My Inquiry group with the awesome teacher the one and only … MR BREACH…    we went to kiwican to have Fun. We played chuck the cow but the Cow was supposed to be a chicken and it made pig noises. I got to throw the chicken once but I didn’t win when I ran around the circle I kept slipping over because my socks were to slippery and they were new . When I was fielding I caught the first throw. I felt really good because my team could get into line faster.

And when we chuck the chicken/cow Nathan has to yell out CHUCK THE CHICKEN!!!!!

And the person that's holding the Chicken That person has to throw It. When Katie and Nathan says the games that you are going to play and you’ve played that game before and you love it you get really excited but when they say the games that you haven’t heard before you look at them and make funny faces but when you play It you really want to play it again. I love going to Kiwi Can It’s so fun when you go there. When you go to kiwi can you want to go again It’s that fun you could stay there for hours. When the fielding team are fielding they are like Rugby players and and league players

My Game BTAP

This year two new sports are being added to the Paralympic Games. They are canoeing and triathlon. In the triathlon the athletes must swim 750 metres, cycle for 20 kilometres, and then run for 5 kilometres. Paralympic athletes may also compete in other sports including archery, boccia, football, judo, powerlifting, rowing, sailing, swimming, sitting volleyball, track cycling, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair fencing, wheelchair rugby, and wheelchair tennis. I made a game up called BTAP . BTAP is like 'touch' but you can pass it forward and kick.

The creators of BTAP were Levi and my best friend Tai. Me and Tai were really happy because the juniors and middles kept asking to play.

Imagine that you were asked to compete in a tandem cycling event and you had to choose one person to compete with... If I was blind and I was in Paralympics And In Para-cycling I would choose One of my best friends because I can count on them because they are responsible to everyone and they would guide me when there's and tight turn they would tell me.

The Ceremony Has Just Started

The ceremony has just started and all of the Olympic athletes are parading around the stadium in their uniforms when all of a sudden… The lights when out everybody went silent. I was very scared I started hugging my mum. And there was people In front on me crying And scattering. And just sitting there frightened. But then someone got up and then someone fell and hurt someone. But then the fireworks went off Kapow!!!!!!. The People in the crowd started yelling and shouted. All of a sudden the lights turned back on. DUN DUN DUN!!!

If I had to choose a New Zealander to give a speech at an Olympic Opening Ceremony in NZ, I would pick John key because he can support our country for our rights and his rights so no one gets hurt. I would pick John Key because he is a good role model for New Zealand.

Being the change

I have learnt that we can put songs on the Ipad and put a text onto the slide also cutting stuff out.  We started out with an idea about helping homeless people and we kept on persisting and never gave up. We thought we had finished but then we got feedback from Teachers.

When we video we kept retaking the videos because they were silly and not the way we wanted it.we asked Ashley to record us so we could finish it.

My Judo Skills

Judo Is a sport like wrestling, Boxing and fighting things, Judo Is a Contact sport were you kick,Punch and just Fight random people you haven't meet before.

My Idea Of Sprinting

If I was chosen to Be in the Olympics I Would do sprints so I can support my country New Zealand and try to come first in one of the race's but if i don't win ever again at least I came first once. And I would try to set a world record for at least 3 Weeks.
