 A.N.Z.A.C ~ The Last Post

The Last Post

When do you hear this Historic song? ~

We hear it on ANZAC Day for the Dawn Service at 4:30 a.m, they used to play it in the morning to wake up the Soldiers, but every year we have a moment of silence for all the Soldiers that have tragically lost their lives trying to save our Country or being a Resident and sadly passing away, after the moment of silence we play the song to represent them.

Why is this song significant/important to New Zealand? ~

Because it represents all the lost one that we trying to save our country and give New Zealand more land than we already have to live and start families.

What is the history behind The Last Post? ~

To signify them whenever Breakfast,Lunch,The Bell,Training or when they need to head to bed and get ready for the morning.

What does the song represent? ~

It represents the battle that they went on at ANZAC and symbolises what they went through during the war, its just to respect what they have done for all of us because we would most likely not be here if they didn't protect our land.
